Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At CEA Brows, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way — things happen, and plans change. That’s why I don’t operate a strict cancellation policy.
However, if two appointments are cancelled, I will kindly require full payment upfront for any future bookings.
For PMU (semi-permanent makeup) appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. This is due to the time and preparation involved in these treatments.
For all other treatments, no deposit is
